REFUND POLICY

  • Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, items marked as final sale, and gift cards.

  • Defective Goods: Under the CPA, if you receive a product that is defective or not as advertised, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months of purchase. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective goods.
